Yandal Gold Project

Overview

The Yandal Project lies in the Yandal Greenstone Belt in Western Australia’s north-eastern Goldfields. The Project is located only 50km from Northern Star Resources’ 220,000 ounce per annum Jundee Gold Operations, with excellent regional and local infrastructure. The Yandal Project hosts a Mineral Resource of ~250koz of contained gold with strong upside potential

The Rogozna Project is located near the Warburton Mineral Field, Western Australia.

The Horse Well Gold Camp is located in the Warburton Mineral Field of Western Australia and is approximately 85 kilometres north-east of the town of Wiluna.

The Horsel Well Gold Camp is situated in the northernmost part of the Yandal/Millrose Greenstone belt that hosts a number of multi-million ounce gold projects, such as the Jundee, Bronzewing and Darlot-Centenary gold mines.

The Horse Well Gold Camp is situated at a significant jog in the Celia Shear Zone and is intersected by multiple cross-cutting structures. Historically, exploration only focused on the outcropping regions of Horse Well, leading to the discovery of the Palomino, Warmblood and Filly prospects.

Recent exploration by Strickland has proven that the prospects are in fact part of a multi-structure, highly-endowed, interconnected gold system spanning over 10km of strike.

The Mineral Resource at Horse Well currently stands at 5,722,400 tonnes @ 1.4 g/t for 257,000 ounces of contained gold

Notes:

Mineral Resources are based on JORC Code Definitions as defined by the Australasian Code for Reporting Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves.

All figures are rounded to reflect appropriate levels of confidence. Apparent differences may occur due to rounding.

The cut-off grades for Horse Well 2015 Resources are 0.50 grams per tonne gold for Oxide, 0.75 grams per tonne gold for Transition and 1.00 grams per tonne gold for Fresh weathering classifications.

The cut-off grades for the Horse Well 2019 Resources is 0.50 grams per tonne gold for all weathering classifications, except Palomino which has a cut-off of 2.0 grams per tonne gold below 100 metres depth.

The Resource has been estimated using appropriate high-grade cuts, minimum mining widths and dilutions.

For full detail of the Horse Well Mineral Resource Estimate, refer to the Company’s ASX release dated 26 August 2019.

Future Activities

Exploration at the Yandal Project is focused on expanding the existing Mineral Resource base within the Horse Well Gold Camp, with 20,000m of Resource definition and discovery drilling planned for 2024-25.
